Stage 1: Ceramic Filter (0.2 Micron) — Removes bacteria, sediment, and microplastics.

Stage 2: Multi-Stage Filter — Combines activated carbon and ion exchange resin to eliminate chlorine, odours, and heavy metals.

Stage 3: Mineral Stone Filter — Reintroduces natural minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium for enhanced taste and health benefits.

Water first passes through the ceramic dome to remove fine particles and bacteria. It then flows through the multi-stage cartridge, where chlorine, chemicals, and heavy metals are captured. Finally, it reaches the mineral stone filter in the bottom chamber, which re-mineralizes and balances the water’s pH for a clean, refreshing finish.

1. Remove the old filter set from your SUPERPURE 14L Water Dispenser.

2. Rinse all new filters under clean running water.

3. Soak the entire filter set (ceramic, multi-stage, and mineral filters) in clean water for 30 minutes before installation to activate the filtration media and remove any fine carbon dust.

4. Install filters in the correct order: Ceramic (top), Multi-Stage (middle), Mineral Stone (bottom).

5. Replace the entire set every 12 months or after filtering 10,000L, depending on water quality.
