Stage 1 – Extra-Fine Filter Fleece: Prevents coarse particles from entering the system, protecting downstream filtration stages from old pipe sediment and debris.

Stage 2 – Ion Exchanger Fleece: Reduces heavy metals including lead and other metallic contaminants.

Stage 3 – Natural Microcarbon (Coconut Shell): Reduces chlorine, odours, and taste-affecting substances, as well as traces of herbicides, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals where contained in tap water.

Stage 4 – High-Performance Filter Mesh: Retains smaller particles larger than 60 micron for an additional layer of mechanical filtration.

Stage 5 – Microfiltration Membrane: Reduces 99.99% of bacteria (acc. JIS S 3201, tested to B. Diminuta) and finest micro-particles smaller than 0.5 micron, as well as PFAS including PFOS/PFOA by at least 80% (tested according to JWPAS B.210).

Water passes through five successive filtration stages within a single compact cartridge. Coarse particles are captured first, followed by heavy metal reduction via ion exchange. Natural microcarbon from coconut shells then targets chlorine, odours, and chemical traces. A high-performance mesh retains finer particles before the microfiltration membrane delivers a final barrier against bacteria, micro-particles, and PFAS — all while preserving the natural minerals your body needs.

1. Remove the existing cartridge from your BRITA ON TAP V-MF tap-mounted filter unit.
2. Insert the new SUPERPURE replacement cartridge by plugging it firmly into place — no tools required.
3. Run water through the filter for a few seconds before use to activate the filtration media.
4. Replace every 600L or approximately every 4 weeks depending on household usage and water quality.
5. Refer to your BRITA ON TAP unit's indicator for replacement reminders where applicable.
